Milk Mask for Softer, Whiter Skin :

Note:

This is not a processional tutorial, this is what I do at home when I am bored and my skin is looking bad. I used to do this mask once every week ~ My skin is normal skin. I do not know what would happen if you apply this mask to skin with acne or oily skin or dry skin or sensitive skin. 

Ingredients : 

  • Half a cup of milk. (normal drinking milk from a cartin)
  • A face towel
  • A warm face towel

Steps :

  1. Pour half a cup of milk and put a clean towel in the cup of milk.
  2. Soak the towel in the milk.
  3. Clean your face; wash it, etc.
  4. Gently place the warm towel on your face. ( the heat will open pores so your skin can absorb the nutrition of the milk )
  5. After 5 to 10 minutes, remove the warm towel off your face and place it in the fridge or cool water.
  6. Now, place the towel that is coaked with milk on your face. ( You can squeeze some milk from the towel out so the milk won’t drip everywhere ~ )
  7. You can gently massage your face with the milk towel so your skin can ‘drink’ up the milk better. ( nomnomnom ~ )
  8. After 10 to 15 minutes, remove the milk towel.
  9. Clean the milk off your face thoroughly with water or else the milk can block your pores and produce PIMPLES.
  10. Grab the cool towel from step 5 and massage your face with it. ( The cool towel will close off the pores, this will help your skin tighten ~ )

Use once in a week. Maximum twice a week.
